El Santuario de Nuestra Señora de las Lajas es un templo y basílica para el culto cristiano católico y veneración de Nuestra Señora de las Lajas situado en Ipiales, sur de Colombia y es destino de peregrinación y turismo desde el siglo XVIII. El santuario está situado en el cañón del río Guáitara, en el corregimiento de Las Lajas del municipio de Ipiales, a siete kilómetros de la ciudad cabecera municipal, en el departamento de Nariño (Colombia) y a 10 km de la frontera con el Ecuador. La edificación actual, construida al principio delsiglo XX, sustituyó una capilla que databa del Siglo XVIII y es una iglesia de piedra gris y blanca de estilo Neogótico, a imitación del Gótico del siglo XIV, compuesta de tres naves construidas sobre un puente de dos arcos que cruza sobre el río y que hace de atrio o plaza de la basílica uniéndola con el otro lado del cañón.
The Shrine of Our Lady of Las Lajas is a temple and basilica to the Catholic Christian worship and veneration of Our Lady of Las Lajas Ipiales located in southern Colombia and tourism and pilgrimage destination since the eighteenth century. The sanctuary is located in the canyon of Guáitara River in the village of Las Lajas Ipiales Township, seven kilometers from the county seat town in the department of Nariño (Colombia) and 10 km from the border with Ecuador. The current building, built in the early twentieth delsiglo, replaced a chapel dating delsiglo XVIII and is a church of gray and white stone Gothic Revival style, in imitation of the fourteenth century Gothic, consisting of three ships built on a bridge of two arches crosses over the river and makes atrium of the basilica and square or uniting with the other side of the canyon.
